ANNOUNCING OUR NEW ICBUSA EXAM PREPARATION PROGRAM

Our partnership with the ICBUSA has led to the development of an online and interactive self-study program. This program was designed specifically for the FICB and MICB members who are required to complete the ICBUSA Comprehensive Exam.
Our exam prep program is designed to help members successfully achieve a passing grade of 70% and covers all the topics listed in the ICBUSA 2018 Exam Syllabus.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR EXAM PREP PROGRAM
|
|
The program takes approximately 20-40 hours to complete, depending on your expertise and familiarity with the course material. Once registered, the program will be available for 90 days starting from the date of purchase. Study time extensions could be available with the written approval of the ICBUSA.

TEXTBOOKS AND LEARNING TOOLS
|

Because the ICBUSA is an international organization, we have chosen two Canadian textbooks Fundamental Accounting Principles (15th ed., Vol. 1 and Vol. 2). These textbooks are included in the course and employ a system called CONNECT, which will be introduced to you through an introductory video.
They are connected to state-of-the-art technology and provide the opportunity for interactive learning as you move through the course at your own pace.

PRACTICE FOR SUCCESS
|
|
The course is presented in modules that you work through sequentially and at the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to write a practice exam. The results of the practice exam will be provided to you. Should you wish to take a second practice exam, your grades plus a commentary on the questions will be provided as well. There are three ways you are being tested.

ADVANTAGES OF THE PROGRAM

We wish to reinforce that our ambition is for everyone to be successful in writing the ICBUSA exam.
We highly recommend that you would not proceed to write the official exam without achieving 70% or greater on the prep course practice exam.
The course can be completed on your own schedule. It is self-paced and interactive, making it the most economical options for the users.
Study hours in this program are counted towards 10 ICBUSA verifiable continuing education credits.
