The ICBUSA Inc. is a non-profit non-stock corporation registered in Delaware. It is managed by its Board and Officers.

Louie Prosperi, CEO
Louie was formerly CEO of the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada (IPBC) and has held senior leadership positions in several organizations over the past 25 years as well as having a successful consulting practice. He brings an out-of-the-box, creative thinking and entrepreneurial skill set to the organizations he works with. His background and expertise are rooted in the accounting and business consulting services sector with a strong emphasis on operational management.
Speaking of the appointment, Carter said; “We view Louie’s appointment as a further sign of our commitment to ICBUSA as the leading Bookkeeping organization in North America. We needed someone who could fit our ethos of exceptional service and high standards and we have been fortunate to find someone of Louie’s calibre. I am confident that he will play a key role in maintaining the ICB ethos and will be able to develop the infrastructure that facilitates our continued drive for expansion and growth”.
Prosperi commented; “I have been working with professional bookkeeping associations for over 8 years including the ICB. I believe the professional bookkeeper is well positioned to expand their role in the micro and SME business community. It is our role as their professional body to ensure our members have the tools, resources and access to the education and technology they need to be successful.”

Jennifer North, Creative Marketing Director
Jennifer’s mission is to ensure that Master Bookkeepers are recognized as some of the best problem solvers in the world. Master Bookkeeping is the highest designation that any certification body can bestow upon bookkeepers, and it is the signature offering of ICBUSA. She works with senior management, global teams, and various partners to develop and implement North American Marketing Plans for the benefit of all ICBUSA members and stakeholders. In her role as Creative Marketing Director, she ensures that ICBUSA members have the support and resources needed to enable their progression within the bookkeeping profession.
Jennifer joined the ICBUSA team as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper who operated her own successful bookkeeping practice for the past decade. She continues to use her vast knowledge, experience, and creativity to connect the dots that no one else sees. Bringing creative ideas to life through business and community consultation is her specialty. Jennifer has worked with a wide range of industries, including retail, industrial, technology, marketing, recruitment, software, charities and not-for-profit. Notable companies of past experience include: The Beer Store, IBM, Apple, SPEAK Music, Kelly Services, Homes First, Canadian Tire Charities, Business Networking International (BNI) and Umbrella Bookkeeping Solutions Inc.

Vladimir Stolic, Member Service Support
Vladimir has extensive experience in customer service and journalism. He has been rated as a top freelance on Upwork in the administrative member support service industry. Vladimir has his Bachelor of general linguistic at Belgrade University in 2010.
We are very happy to have Vladimir as part of the ICBUSA team. His focus on customer service will be a great resource to the association and the membership.
